Our approach

This site is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Content is structured with real headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate it.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
• Text meets contrast requirements against its background.
• The layout reflows to a single column and remains usable when zoomed.
• Motion is reduced automatically if your system asks for that.

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Embedded third-party content, such as maps and online booking, is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard. If you hit a barrier there, please call us and we will complete the task with you over the phone.
